These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wiselake Inc. ("Company", "we", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the cre8pet mobile application ("Service", "App") provided by Wiselake Inc. ("Company", "we", "our"). 1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Agreement to Terms
- By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms
- If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service
- These Terms apply to all users of the Service
1.2 Changes to Terms
- We may modify these Terms at any time
- Changes will be notified at least 7 days in advance via in-app notice or email
- Significant changes will be notified 30 days in advance with push notifications
- Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms
- If you do not agree with the changes, you may discontinue use and delete your account
2. Description of Service
2.1 Service Features
cre8pet provides the following features:
- Walk Tracking & Recording: GPS-based real-time walk route tracking and storage
- Walk Statistics: Statistical information on walk distance, time, frequency, etc.
- Pet Management: Manage multiple pet profiles and walk records
- Family Sharing: Share walk information and real-time location among family members
- Photo Album: Store and manage photos taken during walks
- Walk Reminders: Customized walk alerts and reminder features
- Statistics & Analysis: Walk pattern analysis and goal setting features
2.2 Service Availability
- The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle
- Service may be temporarily suspended in the following cases:
- Scheduled system maintenance, server expansion and replacement
- Emergency system maintenance or repairs
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters
- Service equipment failure or service usage surge
2.3 Service Modification and Termination
- We may modify or terminate all or part of the Service
- We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice before Service termination
- We are not liable for damages arising from termination of free services
3. Account Registration and Management
3.1 Account Registration
- Account registration is required to use the Service
- You must provide accurate and current information during registration
- Children under 14 years of age may not register without parental consent
- Registration may be denied if:
- You use another person's information
- You provide false information
- You previously had your account terminated
3.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must immediately notify us if you discover unauthorized use of your account
- You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account due to your negligence
- You may not transfer, gift, or lend your account to others
3.3 Account Deletion
- You may delete your account at any time through app settings
- Upon account deletion, personal information and walk records will be immediately deleted (except where retention is required by law)
- After deletion, you may re-register with the same email, but previous data will not be recovered
4. User Obligations
4.1 Compliance Requirements
Users must comply with the following:
- Not provide false information during registration
- Not misuse others' personal information
- Not unauthorized modify information posted on the Service
- Not transmit or post information other than that permitted by the Company
- Not infringe on the intellectual property rights of the Company or other users
- Not harass or threaten other users
- Comply with applicable laws
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in the following activities:
System Misuse
- Actions that disrupt stable operation of the Service
- Hacking, distributing computer viruses, etc.
- Exploiting Service vulnerabilities
- Unauthorized use of automation tools (bots, scripts, etc.)
Content-Related Prohibitions
- Posting pornographic or violent content
- Posting defamatory content
- Uploading copyright-infringing content
- Posting false or misleading information
Commercial Use
- Commercial use without prior approval from the Company
- Sending advertisements or spam messages
- Unauthorized promotional activities using the Service
Other Illegal Acts
- Violating applicable laws
- Acts contrary to public order and morals
- Infringing on others' rights
4.3 Enforcement Actions
- If you engage in prohibited conduct, we may:
- Issue warnings and demand corrective action
- Temporarily suspend or restrict Service use
- Permanently revoke membership
- Take legal action in accordance with applicable laws
5. Content and Intellectual Property
5.1 Company Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in content included in the Service (text, images, logos, software, etc.) belong to the Company
- You may not reproduce, transmit, distribute, or commercially use Company content except for Service use purposes
5.2 User Content
- You retain rights to content you upload to the Service (walk photos, notes, etc.)
- You warrant that you possess necessary rights to content you upload
- You grant the Company a non-exclusive license to use user content for Service provision, improvement, and promotion purposes
- You may delete your content at any time, which terminates the Company's usage rights
5.3 Copyright Infringement Reporting
- If you discover copyright-infringing content, please report it to admin@cre8pet.com
- Reports should include:
- Copyright holder's identity and contact information
- Description of the infringed work
- Location information of the infringing content
6. Privacy
- We take your privacy seriously and comply with applicable laws
- Collection, use, storage, and third-party provision of personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Company Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for Service provision in the following cases:
- Force majeure events or similar circumstances
- Service disruptions caused by user fault
- Personal damages occurring during Service access or use
- Damages from third parties illegally accessing or using our servers
- Third-party Service interference or transmission interference
- Damages from third parties transmitting or distributing malicious programs
7.2 User Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for your walks and pet care
- The Service is a walk recording tool only and does not provide veterinary advice or professional pet care services
- Consult a veterinarian for pet health issues
7.3 Disclaimer
- We make no express or implied warranties regarding free services
- The Service is provided "as is" and we do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or reliability
- We do not intervene in disputes between users or between users and third parties and are not liable for resulting damages
8. Location Information Terms
8.1 Location Information Collection
- The Service collects your location information for walk route tracking
- Location information is collected only when you start a walk, not continuously
- Background location collection is active only during walks
8.2 Location Information Use
- Collected location information is used only for:
- Displaying walk routes on maps
- Calculating walk distance
- Generating walk statistics
- Real-time location sharing among family members (when selected)
8.3 Location Information Disclosure
- Location information is disclosed to third parties only in the following cases:
- Google Maps API (for map display)
- Supabase (for data storage)
- Family group members (when real-time sharing is selected)
8.4 Location Information Protection
- You may withdraw consent for location information collection at any time
- Upon withdrawal, walk tracking features will be unavailable
- Location information is encrypted during transmission and storage
9. Paid Services (Future)
9.1 Paid Service Use
- cre8pet is currently a free service
- If premium features are added in the future, separate paid service terms will apply
- We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice before introducing paid services
9.2 Payment and Refunds (Future)
- Payment methods and refund policies will be specified when paid services are introduced
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law
- These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea
10.2 Jurisdiction
- The courts of the Republic of Korea shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising between the Company and users regarding Service use
- Specific jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with civil procedure law
10.3 Dispute Mediation
- In case of disputes, we will strive to resolve them amicably through mutual consultation
- If consultation fails, you may apply for dispute mediation with the following organizations:
- Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee
- Korea Consumer Agency
- Other relevant dispute mediation organizations

- Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and commercial practices
12.2 Interpretation of Terms
- If any provision of these Terms is held invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions remain valid
12.3 Language
- These Terms are drafted in Korean as the authoritative version; in case of discrepancies with translations, the Korean version prevails
